1. Eligibility
The AREA52.SHOP Raffle (“Raffle”) is open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and who reside in countries where participation in promotional raffles and prize giveaways is permitted by law. Void where prohibited by law.
By entering, participants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements and agree to comply with these Official Rules.
Canadian Winners: If a selected winner is a resident of Canada, they must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance, before being declared the official winner and receiving any prize.
2. Entry Period
The Raffle begins on May 29 at 12:00 PM EDT and ends on June 5 at 12:00 PM EDT (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter by making purchases on AREA52.SHOP during the Entry Period.
Participants will receive one (1) raffle entry for every $50 spent in a single or cumulative purchase transaction, excluding taxes and duties and shipping, during the promotional period.
A purchase does not increase the odds of winning beyond the number of allotted entries associated with the applicable purchase amount.
4. Prize Details
One (1) winner and one (1) guest chosen by the winner will receive:
- Round-trip economy-class airfare from anywhere for the winner and one guest
- Basic hotel accommodations for 2 nights
- Event/admission tickets
- Backstage access
- Meals included during the event/trip period
Prize Limitations
The following are expressly excluded unless otherwise stated:
- Airline seat upgrades
- Checked baggage fees
- Lounge access
- Alcoholic beverages and bar charges
- Room service
- Mini-bar charges
- Resort fees
- Travel insurance
- Ground transportation
- Personal expenses
- Any additional hotel or travel upgrades
Airfare is limited to standard economy-class travel with no optional extras or upgrades included. Hotel accommodations are limited to a standard/basic room only, with no premium amenities or extras included.
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The selected winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their account or purchase on AREA52.SHOP.
If the selected winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, AREA52.SHOP reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
7. General Conditions
AREA52.SHOP reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless AREA52.SHOP and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Raffle or acceptance/use of the prize.
8. Governing Law
The Raffle shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which the promotion is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
